Nom nom nom. Such a quick and easy breakfast and way better than the McDonald's version.
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 slices cheese (your preference)
3 slices bacon (I like turkey bacon)
1 english muffin
- slice english muffin, place 1 slice of cheese on bottom, and toast/melt in toaster oven
- fry bacon in pan
- crack eggs into pan and cook over medium, flipping after a few minutes
- layer egg, bacon, cheese egg, and english muffin top on the bottom half
