Ingredients
2 T olive oil
1/4 c. zucchini
1/4c. summer squash
1/4 c. red pepper
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. carrot
2 T soy suace
1 T balsamic vinegar
3 flour tortillas
Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Pour olive oil in frying pan and saute veggies.
- Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast/warm tortillas over stove top (or in microwave).
- Place veggies in tortilla and wrap.
- Enjoy.
