This is a standard in my family. We use a pizza stone at home, but in school I just made it in a brownie pan. Crunchy crust, bubbling melted cheese, sweet onions and peppers. pizza. and crispy, chewy garlic knots. YUM.
Pizza
Pizza Dough
Chopped peppers
Chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 T Olive Oil
Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 500 F.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil. Saute peppers, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Roll out pizza dough to whatever shape you want. I did a rectangle so I could cook it in a brownie pan.
3. Spread with sauce and top with lots of mozzarella cheese. Cook in oven for 8-15 minutes (I have no idea, we don't have a timer or a clock in the kitchen, so I go by gut instinct)
4. Top with sauteed peppers and onions. Serve.
